Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of TrendConnector, a JOBHERO Tech Ecosystem product for trend analysis, creative generation, workflow automation, and social media scheduling or publishing.

By using TrendConnector, connecting a social account, uploading content, or authorizing publication through Postiz, n8n, or another integration, the user agrees to these Terms.

TrendConnector helps users submit videos, analyze creative context, generate captions, scripts, covers, descriptions, hashtags, publishing metadata, and send approved content to automation and publishing tools such as n8n and Postiz.

The service may support publication to third-party platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X, Threads, and other channels depending on the connected integrations and platform availability.

• Users must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure.
• Users may connect only social media accounts, pages, channels, organizations, or workspaces they own or are authorized to manage.
• Users authorize TrendConnector, Postiz, and related automation services to use approved platform permissions to schedule, publish, update status, and troubleshoot posts on the selected accounts.
• Users may revoke access at any time through the relevant platform settings or connected integration settings.

Users retain ownership of the videos, images, text, trademarks, product information, and other content they submit to TrendConnector. The user grants TrendConnector a limited license to process, transform, store, transmit, schedule, and publish that content solely to provide the requested service.

Users represent that they have all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions needed to upload, edit, schedule, and publish their content on the selected platforms.

• Users are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated or automatically prepared content before publication when their workflow requires approval.
• Users must not use TrendConnector to publish spam, deceptive content, malware, phishing, harassment, illegal content, infringing material, non-consensual content, or content that violates platform rules.
• Users must comply with the terms, developer policies, advertising rules, community guidelines, rate limits, and API requirements of every connected platform.
• TrendConnector may pause, reject, throttle, or remove workflows that create security risk, API abuse, spam risk, legal risk, or platform policy violations.

TrendConnector integrates with third-party services, including Postiz, n8n, AI providers, hosting providers, and social media platforms. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party outages, API changes, account restrictions, post removals, rejected submissions, permission revocations, or policy enforcement actions by social platforms.

TrendConnector requests platform API access only for legitimate user-authorized workflows, including account connection, content upload, scheduling, automatic publication, post status retrieval, and troubleshooting.

We do not grant users ownership of third-party API credentials, and we may modify integration behavior when a platform changes its requirements, review status, permission scopes, or rate limits.

TrendConnector may generate recommendations, scores, captions, hashtags, scripts, covers, and scheduling suggestions. These outputs are informational and operational tools, not guarantees of virality, revenue, engagement, ranking, or compliance.

Users remain responsible for final editorial, legal, brand, advertising, and platform compliance decisions.

Some features may require a paid plan, implementation project, third-party subscription, API approval, or platform authorization. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as needed for security, reliability, compliance, or product development.

We may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, misuses APIs, attempts unauthorized access, publishes abusive or illegal content, creates security risk, fails to pay required fees, or causes platform compliance risk.

TrendConnector is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every platform, or able to publish every post successfully.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JOBHERO Tech Ecosystem will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, account restrictions, platform removals, or failed publications.

We may update these Terms as the product, laws, or third-party platform rules change. Continued use of TrendConnector after an update means the user accepts the revised Terms.
