TrendConnector is a JOBHERO Tech Ecosystem product that helps teams analyze short-form video content, generate creative assets, and automate or schedule social media publishing through tools such as n8n and Postiz.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and delete information when users connect social media accounts, upload content, or use automated publishing workflows.

• Account information, such as name, email address, workspace name, role, and contact details provided by the user.
• Social account information returned by connected platforms, such as account ID, username, page, channel, organization, profile image, and permission status.
• OAuth credentials, access tokens, refresh tokens, and permission scopes required to authenticate and publish through connected social platforms.
• User content, including videos, images, thumbnails, captions, scripts, descriptions, hashtags, titles, scheduled post metadata, and approval notes.
• Workflow and publishing data, such as selected destination accounts, scheduled time, post status, platform post IDs, error logs, webhook events, and delivery confirmations.
• Technical data, such as IP address, browser, device, timestamps, logs, and security events needed to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the service.

When a user connects a social platform through Postiz or a related publishing integration, TrendConnector may request only the permissions needed for the selected workflow. Depending on the platform, this may include permission to identify the connected account, list pages or channels managed by the user, upload media, create posts, schedule posts, publish posts, read post status, and refresh access when offline access is required.

We use these permissions only to provide the publishing, scheduling, analytics, troubleshooting, and account management features requested by the user. We do not use connected social platform data for unrelated advertising, resale, or profiling.

• To authenticate connected social media accounts and maintain authorized publishing sessions.
• To transform submitted video assets into creative packages, including hooks, captions, covers, descriptions, hashtags, and publishing instructions.
• To send approved content to n8n, Postiz, and connected social platforms for scheduling or automatic posting.
• To show job status, publishing history, integration health, failed attempts, and delivery confirmations.
• To prevent misuse, spam, unauthorized access, fraud, security incidents, and violations of applicable platform rules.
• To improve product reliability, customer support, and workflow performance without selling personal data.

TrendConnector may use artificial intelligence providers to analyze videos, identify visible context, generate copy, recommend creative angles, and create structured publishing outputs. Inputs may include uploaded media, text prompts, captions, product descriptions, and workflow metadata.

We do not use connected social platform tokens or private account credentials as AI prompts. Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before approving publication.

We may share information with vendors and infrastructure providers that help us operate TrendConnector, including hosting, database, analytics, security, AI processing, workflow automation, Postiz, n8n, and connected social media platforms.

These providers may process information only as needed to deliver the requested service, secure the workflow, comply with law, or enforce their own platform terms.

We retain account information, connected account metadata, workflow records, and user content for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain publishing history, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect against abuse.

OAuth tokens and connected account credentials are retained only while the integration remains connected or as otherwise required for a scheduled publishing workflow. Users may disconnect an integration at any time through the connected platform, Postiz, or the TrendConnector workflow.

• Users may revoke platform access from the relevant social platform account settings at any time.
• Users may request deletion of account data, uploaded content, workflow history, and connected account metadata through our official contact channels.
• After a verified deletion request, we will delete or anonymize applicable data within a reasonable period, unless retention is required for legal, security, billing, dispute, or fraud prevention purposes.
• Deleting data from TrendConnector does not automatically delete posts already published on third-party social platforms. Users must remove those posts directly on the relevant platform if needed.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, OAuth credentials, and publishing workflows. These measures include restricted access, encrypted transport, access controls, logging, and separation between public frontend assets and private automation credentials.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Users must protect their own login credentials, API keys, social platform accounts, and Postiz access.

TrendConnector may use infrastructure and vendors located in different countries. By using the service, users understand that information may be processed outside their country of residence, subject to appropriate operational safeguards.

Depending on the user's location, privacy laws may provide rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal data. We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law.

TrendConnector is intended for business and professional users. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, legal requirements, or platform API rules change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
